Known elastic coupling according to Germanium patent No. 618060, cl. 47 p. 5, 1935, containing drive and follower disks interconnected by springs located on the circumference, perceiving shock loads and preventing the effects of vibrations on the machine. The disadvantage of this design is that the vibrations coming from the drive motor are almost completely transferred to the main one at the water shaft of the printing press. This design is not applicable to drive printing machines due to their size. The purpose of the invention is to improve print quality by preventing duplication of the contours of the printing elements while at the same time increasing reliability. The invention is based on the task of creating an elastic coupling, with which, with soft spring characteristics and limited dimensions, high driving moments can be transmitted. This goal is achieved by the fact that the elastic coupling, mainly for transmitting torque from the pulley to the main water shaft of a multi-color printing press, contains the master and follower disks interconnected by circumferentially mounted springs, mounted between the master 15 and the slave 13 with the possibility of rotation relative to the main drive shaft 6 by the intermediate disk 21 connected to the lead 15 and driven by 13 disks by means of tangentially arranged springs 26, related to each other. The clutch is also provided with additional intermediate disks 22 and stops 19 for limiting the relative angular movement of the master 15 and the slave 13 disks. The stop 19 protects the clutch from overloads. In the proposed device, oscillations in the working area of the machine, coming from the V-belt and from the drive engine, are almost completely extinguished. This provides the possibility of transferring almost constant torque from the drive motor to the main drive shaft and the elimination of the tooth profile due to fluctuations in the rise of the tooth profiles or the reversal of the tooth profiles. Print quality is greatly improved, i.e. errors in the register are reduced and the occurrence of doubling is prevented. The use of an elastic coupling leads to a significant reduction in the load of the drive mechanism, the service life of which is increased, and the reliability of the printing machine also increases. In addition, the dimensions of the elastic coupling are reduced. The movement of the stops 19 in the circumferential direction in the disk 17 is limited by slots 30, the center of curvature of which is located in the center of the disk 17.
